Environmental Justice

Valley Voices is committed to advancing environmental justice across the San Joaquin Valley by advocating for clean air and water regulations, stronger infrastructure, and accessible healthcare. Our work is rooted in action: during the Tulare Lake flood, we created the first waterflow maps and community surveys to document the disaster’s impact. Most recently, we launched a collaboration with a local nonprofit to build a community-led air-quality monitoring network that equips residents with real-time data on emissions and pollution, empowering them to respond with knowledge, advocacy, and solutions.
